I was charged $249us and never received a parka. I repeatedly e-mailed them to find out when the order was shipping and received no response. I then IM'd them and they did not respond, the first time they went off line, the second time they claimed they claimed the product was not in stock and hung up on me when I asked for my money back. I have reported this to visa.
