I received a call on November 18, 2013. I was told that , a warrant for my arrest was going to filed for an outstanding payday loan with CashJar in 2009. A woman named Nancy Blackwell called from 510- 344-2569 and let messages at my home number and on my cell number. She left a message and I returned her call. She said she was filing warrant for arrest. She ask me if I wanted to be embarrassed at my work place when the sheriffs escorted me off my worksite. I ask for documentation that should the amounts owed. She told she didn't have to provide such because I was notified several times before. I was offered a settlement of $438, but u have to pay half in that day to stop filing of warrant. I called CashJar to get collection company info and I was told my account was sold to Classic Receivables @ 866-610-1504.
