I ordered the trial bottle weeks ago. Upon ordering, there is no warning that if you do not call and cancel they will automatically charge your card again for a subscription. When I called to refute the charge, I waited for 10 minutes for a customer service representative to answer and when a man named Victor did finally pick up, I was promptly hung up on when I informed him that I wanted to cancel my subscription and return the unused product (which was 90% of the bottle). I called back and was told that the new charge was for the bottle that I had already received, which, when I bought it, was advertised at $14.99. He refused to take the product back, despite the fact that their FAQ says returns can be made as long as a substantial portion of the bottle remains. He claims they say that returns can only be made in the 14 day trial period, but that is not written in that FAQ. He also did not reverse the $88 charge.
