I ordered a pair of Beats By Dre Solo headphones on 11/29/13 from website www.2013beatsbydrdreblackfridaysale.com. The website has actually changed since then (!) to www.2013cybermonsaydeal.com. The total was $128.00, and I attempted to contact the customer service dept to cancel the order the very next day. By 12/02/13, I saw that $133.21 was taken from my bank account. The transaction on my bank statement read: 12/2/2013 Withdrawal @ PWK*KITTY ONLINE STORE PWK*KITTY ONLINE S BEIJING CN Trace # ($133.21)
After the funds were deducted from my account, I received this reply from the company:

So naturally I began to research this matter further. (Should have done this BEFORE THE PURCHASE, I know.) The email response I received was almost verbatim to an email another consumer received after trying to dispute a fake Clarisonic product back in May! I am sick over this. Going to contact the bank tomorrow. If this helps anyone, I found information on the domain currently used by this company. Apparently www.2013beatscybermondaydeal.com was registered on 11/27/13, with an IP Address of: 198.20.84.74 which has been connected to these sites: 2013beatscybermondaydeal.com

- The exact same thing happened to me on the same day with the same item! I am freaking out! I can't even find the website anymore so am trying to contest the charge with my bank. I also cancelled my credit card. Did you get any of this resolved yet?

- It seems now the website is www.2013beatscybermondaydeal.com, I was able to log in to that site although when I first tried to buy the headphones it was a different site! I can log in and see the order status but it doesn't really matter bc this "company" is (Inappropriate Content Removed)! Lol. I also cancelled my debit card and filed a fraud report with the bank. The bank told me with situations like this, they typically refund customers money within 48 hours and they try to retrieve their money back somehow. I hope they do bc I certainly don't have $133 to throw away!! I filled out an online report at www.ic3.gov, they are affiliated with the FBI and they do Internet crime investigations. I know it's a small amount of money, but hopefully if enough people report them something can be done! Good luck!!

- I reported it to my bank and although I've cancelled my card, they won't let me contest the charge for 15 days. Even if the item comes, I've read that the beats are counterfeit so I plan to refuse shipment and still call the bank after the 15 days are up. Like you, I don't have $133 to throw away so I'm hoping they will be able to resolve the situation for me. If not... I'm finding a new bank. Please let me know if you get a resolution. - My bank refunded the money thank goodness. I doubt you will receive the shipment, but call your bank today and ask them if you should accept the package and turn it in to the bank, or refuse it like you said. Since my bank already refunded my money I plan to turn in the merchandise to them. Again, I doubt it will arrive! I use a Credit Union and they are wonderful. I hope you can get this resolved!!

- I ordered and received after a long wait, Beats by Dr Dre from the same company. The item received by me is not authentic and failed product registration at the product manufacturer's website. I tried cancelling the order many times but, this vendor never gives option for that. Once you ordered, your money has gone and you are trapped!
