Based on my experiences:
I had last 200£ on my account and I needed a small payday loan - which I hoped they would helped me.
Nope - they were not able to help - and whats more they charged me 67£ so called member ship feee.
When I noticed that, I gave them a call as I assume it must be joke. you would think: why you don't read terms and condition? My answer would be: If you spend all day going through different websites - would you?
If they were honest about it: they would advise you that on the very beginning - not when you fill in entire loan application process. And somewhere at the bottom they would mention in small print: oh wait! we are actually not a lender and and whats more : you have to pay extra for the privilege for dealing with us!
So it turns out that when application can be done online in 10 minutes or less, but cancelling your 'so called' - membership - will take at least 10 days!!!
From my point of view - it's a scam and avoid it as a plaque!!!
And thanks to them and one more similar company (stupid pays twice) - just before Christmas I was left with 80£.
