I entered a survey, and I was rewarded for a Rejuvinex order, I wasn't informed that it was a trial offer and they charged me after that.
I returned the products with a RMA form, they received it and kept telling me that they issued a refund, I still waiting for it.
It's been almost 3 months
Update: 12/04/2013
I was charged intially for shipping on Aug 12 2013 - $3.18, then when I received the products I was charged on Aug 26 2013 - $97.51, I phoned for a RMA # and returned the products and they said they issued a credit to my Visa on Sept 16, 2013.

I never got anything, they told me to fax them a Visa statement to their Rapid Response Team, which I did. I've been phoning them and Visa, I still haven't got anything.
