The insistent Indian agent finally made me accept their free trial offer and initially charged my card for shipping in the amount of $5.20 and $5.21 respectively on Sept 19. Last week of Sept the 2 bottles Natural Cleanse and Slendera arrived. Then on Oct 3 I got charged again $90.16 representing the regular monthly purchase based on THEIR ASSUMPTION that I already tried for 14days the said tablets. On the same day, I immediately called the toll free number to complain and cancel my order. The Philippine call center agent assured me they'd refund my money and at the same time cancelled my order just to stop further charges. The refund however would only happen when I returned to them the bottles. I asked her explicitly if the 2 bottles I received initially should be returned so I can be refunded? She said NO as these 2 bottles are the free trials. Fast forward to Dec 3, I called the hotline again to follow up on the items that I should receive so i can return them and finally get the full refund, only to realize that the Philippine center agent did not fully understand their policies. This new Indian agent is now telling me that what the Philippine agent said was wrong. That I should have informed them when I received the 2 bottles so they could have "adjusted" the 14day trial period. Again 2 different versions of policies from 2 different agents. And when I checked the Terms and Conditions on their website, its down. The agent however had refunded my 34.97 for the hassle and told me they dont normally do refunds. What a rip off! Now Im stuck with 2 unopened bottles.
