This website looks like it is part of USCIS and it not after futher review and plans to follow-up on my citizenship application. I thought I was completing my online application to expedite my citizenship application when in reality it was not that at all. I had already completed my forms manually and thought the online site would speed things up. Only upon review now I see at the very bottom of their site and no where in the main part of their page then note they are nothing to do with USCIS.
I have just sent them emails requesting a refund as I do not intend to use their services as they are not what I planned for and I have also disputed the charge on my CC that is still pending. I as many others may take next step to FTC if my refund is not completed in a timely manner and communication to that effect is noted.
Update: 12/12/2013
I have followed up with vendor and they have noted they will be providing me a refund of $170 as I had already printed the documents from their website. I received this confirmation for the representative 12/11/13.
Update: 12/13/2013
This request can be closed. Received email from vendor noting $170 credit will be forthcoming.
