I saw an on-line ad for 30 day free trial for two skin products. I ordered the products on 11/14/2013 and immediately the S&H charges were taken from my bank account which was expected. On 11/27 & 11/29 respectively, charges of $99 and $93 along with a charge of 2.99 were charged. I am a senior citizen (71) and cannot afford to have $194.79 arbitrarily deducted from my account without notification. This is false advertising as the ad said, 30 day free trial... I cannot find a phone number, address or email address to cancel this product...HELP!
