These are the questions we sent to them but never got any reply:

1. Was your team aware that the Lassen tour you arranged for us matched our requirement exactly, that was to depart and end at SF?
 
2. Instead of informing us about it, your staff instructed us to pay for the addition fares in order to return to SF which was not needed. And the transport to the airport was not arranged - we were dumped at the hotel and nearly missed our flight.
 
3. This is misrepresentation on your part, tantamount to cheating your customers.
 
4. As of today, we are still waiting for the refund of USD790 which is owed to us.
