The company collected the money order on September 2, 2013. It was for 6 cartons of Craven Menthol Light. After seven follow-ups in total nothing has been received. It refused to sent a refund but rather said the order would be reshipped. That was on October 10, 2013. Still nothing received. Replies included don't worry, be patient, and it is in the shipping way. These people are thieves and I'm surprised that tens of thousands have not been reported as losses.
