Mr Mitchusson is an attorney we have faced since Feb 2013 during this time we have won each time but my complaints against him are as follows 1 he was a no show 3 different times where we have had to drive for 4 hours just one way plus had taken off work to get there to find he didnt show he was on vacation one time and decided not to come was in Florida then he was in Las Vegas once both of these times were for court here in Arkansas the third time was for court in TN which was where he decided he wasnt going to represent client so just didnt show which was a 5 hour drive for us one way He has been very unprofessional and also very unethical during this time he was court ordered to have papers in our hands by November 13 for we could have a phone conference on November 15 then he didnt answer phone when we called to see where paper work was he finally answered on 27th said it was due that day amazing the day before Thanksgiving which he didnt get and its Dec 4 and no paper work he says due today and will email it but I feel like he is very unprofessional as a lawyer.Also he has not made his client abide by the court orders that have been given to her and because of his action my 6 year old granddaughter is still in a abuses situation I feel like he should be shown he has rules to follow and that his actions arent acceptable just because we arent rich doesnt mean he should be allowed to treat us like trash.He had us hire a lawyer in TN when he knew the whole time it was a Arkansas issue he has lied over and over about things and not followed the rules I feel like there is something that can be done to show him he cant get away with this His actions have cause alot of mental anguish to myself,son and to my granddaughter who is still in a bad situation that he has allowed to continue we have proven over and over his client needs help and is hurting a 6 year old child the amount Im asking for wont really help I really want my son to have full custody of my granddaughter have mother have mental evalation and her be given only supervised visits until she has the mental evalation . Im hoping you can help me with this thank you. You were a help before in a issue I had thanks
