I have ordered a perfume on 21st of October.After 3 days i sent them an email,telling them if my perfume had been sent.A man called Eric Wilson replied me immediatelly,telling me that the perfume was sent the same day(24th of October).
I have sent them 6-7 emails and telling me to check the post office all the time.In one email i asked them where are you sending the items from.Their answer was Poland.
Finally on 3rd of December i received a package from Slovakia.It was a thin box and inside was just the bottle wrapped with plastic package with air bubbles.The perfume i ordered was BVLGARI AQVA POUR HOMME 100ml.Their scam was that the liquid that was in the bottle was not the perfume i ordered(i'm wearing this perfume 10 years now).
After that i sent them email again and tell them the story.They replied me back sending me a form that i had to fill (complaint form).I printed it,i filled it and sent it back.They replied me again and told me that if i want replacement or refund i have to send the perfume back in this address :
