The link to [email protected] was forwarded to (Personal Information Removed) in an e-mail from her friend, Penny Yunuba. (Penny confirmed shortly thereafter that her e-mail had been hacked and she had not forwarded the link).
The link advertised weight-loss green coffee beans for $29. When Anne submitted her order, the page flipped and returned to the opening page. She filled it in again. Shortly thereafter, she was notified the charge would be $209.
We called FIA Cardservices (servicer of our Visa card) who was unable to act because the charge had not yet been authorized. We were told to try again in three days.
