Attempted purchase of unlimited minutes three times on 11/29/13 on Reachout Wireless web site using my debit card, each time receiving an error message. Finally purchased unlimited minutes via phone using the same debit card. Upon checking my debit card transaction history, learned that Reachout Wireless debited my account for all three of the attempts that gave me error messages. Reachout wireless refuses to refund my money totaling $79.50 (3 x $26.50) for the three attempts on the web site that gave me error messages.

- Followup: Today, 12/06/13, I received a credit on my MasterCard debit card for the amount of $26.50 instead of the $79.50 they removed from my account in error. What is wrong with these people? The average IQ of their employees must be somewhere around 50. I am so sick of fighting these people. They are nothing but a bunch of fraudulent thieves.
