My daughter ordered free trial from two of their companies. After 15 days they charged my account $160. I did some research and found many complaints about this company. I refused delivery of the product and called to get my money back. Customer service was very rude and quick to point out that we signed a legally binding contract! He did refund half so now I am out $88 and they have the product. I work at a bank and they cannot challenge the charges because it does state in the ad that if you don't cancel in 14 days (which is before you even get the product) you will be charged. Total scam. What a poor way to do business. A company with a product that works would not trick you into buying their product. Also a legitimate company should offer a money back guarantee.
