I ordered a nutritional supplement on Oct. 25 that had been touted on the the Dr. Oz show, and paid $4.95. There was nothing on the site about recurring shipments or any other restrictions. Today I received another bottle of the product along with an invoice for $94.36 (plus foreign transfer fees), so I checked my account and found that they also deducted an additional $90.30 two weeks ago! When I called the phone# they told me I had agreed to terms by buying the product and they would not refund for the Nov. deduction, nor could I receive a full refund by returning the unopened product. Their web address isn't on the invoice or the email, and I can't even find it anymore. I'm filing a fraud dispute with my bank, this a a scam!
