In total I have lost $458.00 due to bank drafts taken without notification.

I order a product from them for a trial period. They processed the bank draft for the product before I received the product without any notification and created five overdraft charges.

I called them and told them what happened. I requested a refund and cancel my account with them. They offered a small refund (less than half of what I paid) and agreed to close the account. As of today I never received the product or refund.

Today (12/5/2013) they drafted another charge for a higher amount without any notification and no product has been received. They could not provide any tracking numbers for the products that was sent and I was informed that I could only get a refund if the product was returned within 15 days from today.

I have not had any problems with any mail or other deliveries to my home. If I do not receive the product to return for a refund I have lost another $103.04 plus any charges this has incurred. They have my email, phone numbers, and current mailing address but for some reason they cannot contact me in any way for updates or to receive the actual products.

I wonder how many people they are scamming across the country as well as over seas making a fortune off of people who work to really earn their living.

I will continue to file every complaint and also forward my information to the attorney that is location in my office building.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!
