Received a fax from Yellow Pages asking to update info. Clearly stating that it was not a bill and no extra cost to add emails and websites. We then sent it in. Did not hear anything until 4-5 months later with an invoice for $1099.00. We called the number right away to find out what and why we were being billed. Never heard from anyone back. We then received another invoice. We called again...still no answer or response. We then received another invoice. I then emailed and called. Still no answer. Finally after the fourth invoice I was able to talk to someone but they said I had to talk to a lady named Joanne Palmer but she was not in. I then left a very specific message with days and times to call (our store hours). She then calls on the day I specifically said not to and left a message for us. I then called back and guess what she was not in the office and that they would leave a message. I have still yet to talk to her and she is never in. No one there to help or resolve any questions or issues. Terrible terrible people and "business" this is clearly a fraud and horrible people. Do not fill out anything from them and def do not pay them anything!!! HUGE SCAM!!! TERRIBLE "COMPANY" AND PEOPLE
