Received faulty (misshapen!) battery for laptop, told to return by courier for a refund but no courier firms I found legally transport Li-ion batteries and without a corporate account the return by a courier will cost as much as battery is worth. Email confirmation about the order contains no name of company personal and no contact telephone number. Battery arrived with no invoice and the contact telephone number on the website rarely answers. Have filed a formal complaint with the company requesting a viable return option and assurance that refund will be paid and cost of return covered.
