The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
11/20/2013 my bank account was charged for the following products.
1. Equinox Day & Night serum $4.95 for trial samples of advertised "Age Repair" products.
2.Bioskin Eye Creme trial sample advertised as "RVTL" Anti Aging eye creme.
On 12/4/2013 a routine check on my account balance revealed that my account was being debited for $93.00 for Equinox products and $99.00 for the eye creme.
At no point during the transaction were these charges mentioned to occur. I found out that this was a scam after I did the product check and the missing money from my account.
It is my intent to return the products within the 30days margin found on the website, but these folks need to be prevented for misleading the public.
