On 11/12 agreed to pay shipping charge of $2.95 for a sample, was billed 159.0). Carefully did not agree on line and when the company called the next day and asked to sign up for the further membership. Declined-apparently they took the credit card information used to pay for the shipping and used it for the membership, without authorization. Called customer service number-Jeff was not helpful and refused request to speak to a supervisior. Contacted Visa card and we are disputing the charge.
