Entered my information to register to make a bid. Never was prompted the authorization of any charges, nor notified there was a $99.00 fee for anything. Have emailed, but cannot find a phone number. They claim to have a live chat feature, but there is not a live icon to click to access this. Have filed with my bank to reclaim my $99. And have not received a response to my 3 emails to refund my money.

- I am in the same position. Was hoping someone here had discovered a resolution. I have emailed them 3 times, and contactacted my bank who cannot "stop" payment, I have to go thru a reclaim process
