I received a sample of anti-wrinkle cream in the mail. The packing slip listed a charge of $4.95 for S&H. I checked my credit card and located the charge. I have never heard of this company, let alone placed an order. I have not idea how they obtained my credit card info or mailing address. After waiting on hold for 20 min, I was finally able to speak to a representative name Darby. She was unable to do anything for me and informed me it is not their policy to refund S&H fees. She also told me I would be billed for the product if I did not return it. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I had to call and cancel my credit card and report the fraudulent charges.
