I booked 3 rooms in a hotel in Kastoria-Greece (Limneon Resort) for 4 nights, the charged immediately my credit card with 10% of the total ammount and when I called the property to confirm my booking I found out that there has never been any booking. I then contact Hostel world who diverted me to a company named Travelmed and they asked me to provide another credit card by e-mail or fax because as they claimed my card (which was already charged)was declined from their system! The did not bother to provide any other solution and at the end the cancelled my booking!
