I purchased a pair of shoes. They were the wrong size. When I tried to return them, the company wouldn't honor their return policy that specifically says they will accept returns for the wrong size. They suggested that I sell the shoes on ebay, pay them "shipping fees" of $30, and they would send the next size up. I checked with the real TOMS company; they said tomssale2013 is a fraudulent site selling counterfeit products. They are a scam.
