The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

Charged for software which I didn't receive, in other words, scammed. A person then recently called referring to this purchase saying that as the company had 'closed down', they would like to refund my $229.00(AUS)but could only do so if I provided my credit card details! They could not send me a cheque. They could not pay the money directly into my bank account. They could only refund it via my credit card! I realised this was another scam.
These people were trying to scam on top of a previous scam!!! Ie, double scam.
Of course I do not have the MTCN Money Transfer Control Number for the original transaction so I guess nothing can be done.
Hope this helps to catch them out.
