Hi

I have a few reasons why I want to cancel

Firstly I was never informed throughout my whole conversation with your agent Dani Heller that the green card would not come into effect for a few years

I asked many times was there any catch and that it was too good to be true

I informed her saying how happy I was that I met the requirements because I had planned on going to New York in January 2014 on a year working visa and she said "fantastic", even then she never explained that the USAGC would not be until few years down the line

I was also never informed that this was a lottery and that theres a chance, even by paying 397 euros that I might still not be accepted or "win"

This has had a huge financial burden on my life and plans to go to NY in January 2014 as originally planned hangs in the hope that I can get a refund.

I plead with you that I can be refunded the amount I paid
