I seen an add on facebook, clicked on the link and read through a special offer Pure Saffron had going. It stated that you could trial products for up to 30 days and that a 4.95 postage fee was ONLY payable, when I proceeded with the transaction I was not given a confirmation of amount being taken but a receipt with the amount of 275. I emailed them and phoned them on the same night. I continue to do so for 3 days after. I wrote to them telling them I did not authorised for that amount to be taking out and due to their dishonesty I wanted a full refund!
I received a response that item had been sent. This week it will be 4weeks and still have no product or refund. I have emailed them for a week now and no response. I have requested a tracking number for the order. I believe that they have conducted in a suspicious manner and have fraudulently taken funds out!
Pls help in assisting me in this enquiry.
