I bought some code from this turd of a site. The download failed so I emailed support to no avail. So then I open a paypal dispute and I get my envato account banned and an email from Envato to close the dispute and they'll issue a refund. I refuse indicating that if they wish to issue a refund they're free to do so as part of dispute resolution process. That's the last I hear from them as they refuse also to take part in paypal's dispute resolution process which takes several weeks due to their lack of participation. In the end paypal refuses to issue refunds on digital goods. Envato clearly knew they'd win by default which is why they couldn't be bothered with the dispute resolution process. Avoid Code Canyon and all other Envato sites and also never use paypal to purchase digital goods as their dispute resolution process is purely for show.

This was all over a few KB of code that they could have easily emailed me but their failure to deliver leaves me doubting that they even had the code to sell in the first place. Just pure (Inappropriate Content Removed) top to bottom with these guys.
