- Cassa, like I am telling everyone that has put in a complaint here...go to your bank and tell them you want to put in a DISPUTE, regarding this money the site took out. It happened to me too, I was not aware of actually buying anything, and there was NO confirmation of purchase. There was no receipt,not even a "Thank you for your purchase".They do not have a phone number, and I filled in a form on their "contact us", but I don't believe it actually went anywhere? No reply at all. I sent them 2 .And like I told someone else, the more disputes our banks pit in, to THEIR bank, we might have a chance of getting our money back and these types of dodgy sites be shut down. Good luck, and GO to the bank, please.
