I wanted to try their auction site which is also called hotccloseouts2013.com so I signed up and purchased a starter package for $27. Later when I went into my email, I found they had charged me for a $99 package that I did not request. I contacted customer service twice and they have not responded. Their is no phone number to call. They claim to have live help which is never available when I'm online. I would like a full refund of the $99.
