I ordered the product returned it within time allowed following all thier orders, routing tracked etc. was told it was recieved and i was on return list and would recieve my refund within 30 days. I still have not recieved it. today they said i was not on the return list so i could not recieve a refund, they could not tell me why, they could not connect me to a supervisor or to the return department. They also stated I'd never been on return list but offered me 75$ back. we will see if i get that. oh and for tracking etc i also paid out 11$ more!
