I ordered online Mizulean products and decided to return the product within the agreed period. I phoned them to notify them that I wanted to return the products so that they wouldn't charge me. I spoke to their representative and she promised that I was not going to be charged. To my surprise I was charged 145.87 in total and the company is in United States or Cannada. I saw the product on UK Channel4. May you please assist me to recover my money. I think this is a scam.
