Knives are very poor quality (junk)
Customer service not helpful they hung up on me.
Shipping was not clear if you order online they charge you more to ship then if you call in according to CS. Will not honor their mistake on online misrepresentation and now I got to pay for shipping both ways, They mislead me stating 12 knives per set in the ad. but I only received one. Done with them they would not resolve the problem honorably.
