I bought a ticket from Rome to buenos aires operated by British airways for £2,500. I tried to postpone the date of the outbound, which was available at the same fare on British airways website. I received many different answers from lastminute with penalties ranging from £3,000 to £5,000 and no possibility to get the details for such crazy penalties. According to them when you change a flight all itinerary should be repriced. According to their terms and conditions only a £45 admin fee should be due
