I paid Mr. Swink $189.44 as downpayment for the building and hosting for a website that was due in 2 weeks. He failed to do so and refuses to return emails and phone calls. He used his mother's Name and Account to cash the check.

- Does anyone have Mr. Swink's phone number/address for his mother? Although I hate to involve her, If I cannot get in touch with her, she will also be held responsible for the theft by Check because she used her bank account to do so. I hate to get an older woman involved, so if you have her phone number, I'd at least let her know what is going to happen when I submit my report to the DA's office, once that is done, it is out of my hands and there is nothing I can take back.

- I have successfully filed charges against Mr. Swink for Theft of Goods and Services which is a Claim B Misdemeanor. He was contacted by the police officer taking down the report per the instructions of the Harris County District Attorney's office and given 4 days to comply. Mr. Swink has paid me all my money back in that time frame. I am very satisfied with the outcome and the hard work of Precinct 1 of the Harris County Sheriff's Department.
