A member of Soleil Asian Capital Management Co., Ltd / Soleil Capital Group had gotten into contact with my girlfriend's Mum, who is based in China, to lend her up to RMB 20 million. In order to secure the loan, she is required to come to the Singapore office (address - One Raffles Quay Leve 25 North Tower) to place an initial deposit of RMB 500,000 to proceed with the loan - if the loan is approved, this deposit will be used to settle legal and admin fees and interest on the loan, and if not approved, a cheque will be provided to reimburse the entire initial outlay. We understand this organization is offering a very low interest compared to Commercial Banks in China.

From the website, it appears they have an office in Singapore, and involved in the provision of a suite of capital markets advisory services, including investment banking, securities, trade financing, M&A, IPOs, etc.

However, they are not listed as a regulated institution on MAS website.

Further to this - they appear to be a direct copy / replica of Soleil CapitalE Group (with an E - www.soleilcapitale.com), which although has all the offices in countries similar to Soleil Capital Group, they are not operating in Singapore, while Soleil Capital Group is (without an E).
