To whom may concern

I ordered a bracelet from the above firm and paid $109.00 plus shipping on September 2013. I received a different bracelet which was fake, broken and nothing like what I ordered. Also, a Swarovski Box and Bag which was fake. I emailed the Swarovski Store at [email protected] to report the problem.

I have written several times to complain but I as yet have not received my refund. AVIOD this website as the items are clearly FAKE

They asked me to send them a picture of the item received items which I did. After several more emails from me to them I received email on where to return the bracelet. I was stupid to spend the postage to send the item back.

I received several emails from them stating my money will be returned! This is a fraudulent company! Any chance of getting my Money back??

I would like to get this out to online shopper to be aware of this online company. I hope I will get my money back and will never trust Swarovski online ever again.
