Ordered shoes from website and paid with debit card. They shipped shoes that are not the size they advertise and also once they get your information they keep charging your account. I was charged 154.00 then a few weeks later on dec 9 th charged another 120.00. I called the bank at this point realizing I had been scammed and they were going to keep taking my money. When I told the company the attached email is what they said! 80.00 for return shipping and no guarantee that they would even receive it. Also note that they do not mention why they took additional funds from my account.

According to our policy,we can't exchange for you until we receive the package.That is to say,if the package is lost in transit,you may not get the exchange.What's more,the postal fee,handling fee and the tax are so expensive?it takes you about $80-90.It's quite uneconomical for you.I have discussed this matter with our manager.How about this,you buy another pair of shoes on our website, we offer you two pair of shoes without any charge.That is to say, you will get three pair of shoes. You can choose larger size this time. You can choose any style from our website. Could you think about our suggestion? We have never offered this preferential treatment to other customers.
