I'm complaining on behalf of my company that SHENZHEN YAXIN ELECTRONIC LIMITED is a scam company. We were dealing with this scam company about USB pen drive business. One of the staff called CATHY approached and offered us their products. After negotiation, CATHY made a sample and showed it to us. After that, CATHY told us that our products are ready, and they said we need to pay them the whole amount of money before they delivered our products directly to our company. After the money is paid, her colleague, KELLY was telling us that our products were shipped to us. But until now, we did not receive our products at all! We did called and emailed them about this issue. Another colleague, MIRA from SALES / AFTERSALES department promised that she will check and give us a feedback. Until now, they are not responding at all!
