I purchased 120m ($54.00 USD) and was patiently waiting for someone to complete the transaction. After hours of trying talk to "Rose" their live chat assistant- I filed a dispute. Then they started to acknowledge me. We go in game and he was almost about to deliver the gold, he then tells me to close the dispute in order to receive gold and so I did-he then leaves chat and logs off runescape. How fishy- I talked to paypal's customer support and they said since it's virtual currency i'm not liable for a refund.. fml!!!!!
