All Memphis property investors should be very aware of Mr John Ferguson Jr 0f (DBA Midsouth Investor Solutions)or shortherned to M.S.I.S of Olive Branch MS.

For a year, I have had a property that is supposely being managed by Mr Ferguson. The problem is that he collects the rent from the tenant, but never bothers to distrubute to the owners account. We are now well into Dec 13 and the Oct 13 and Nov 13 rents remain in Mr Fergusons account. This has been an ongoing problem with Mr Ferguson and he never responses to emails / or phones calls.

I am very concerned for this Memphis property and have notified my solicitor,insurer and have arranged a professional property manager.

All property investors must take note that any insurance policy you have with Mr Ferguson will be voided as he is not actually managing the property. The matter is now with a debt collector and my solitor to resolve. SDDevane Australia.
