I ordered products to the value of $159 on the 8th Oct and still haven't received it. Was told that their system indicate that my goods were delivered. Received nothing up until today. Their call centre is pathetic as can you hardly understand what they are saying. They promise to get back to you, but to no avail. Rather want my money back. I even check at our Post Office on a daily basis - NO DELIVERY.
