I was told support was FREE. 45 min later they tried to bill me $250.
I was looking for live help with a Microsoft word doc related problem. I wanted to talk to a live person. I Googled the issue and Myphonesupport.com came up. I called the number and talked to Mohomed. He told me he could fix my problem for free. The site said and he said they were an approved MSFT partner in business to do first level support like this. He looked at the problem then asked to do diagnostic. Took control of my PC and downloaded super antivirus software. I'm concerned that my PC has been accessed and a security breach has occurred. Don't be stupid like I was. Don't call them. Don't talk. Don't pay.
