I bought a hair drier from Folica, and just received it yesterday, When I first plugged, it burned out. So I called the customer team for the solutions, whether I can refund/exchange or fixed it. But the customer teams hanged up the phone more than eight times and only told me it cannot be refunded. I'm living in Australia, for connecting the call, It is 2am in Australia. And I heard they were talking about this affair and laughing. If they keep this bad attitude to the customers, who dare to buy from Folica anymore. This is the first time I bought from Folica, and I planned to buy more stuff from Folica. I have already made the order, but because of their bad attitude, I have to cancel it.

What's more, during the enquiring process, I asked if I cannot refund, then how to fix it. But the staff told me that they don't know and they are not responsible for the repairing. And they said "to the customers who buy in USA, they can fix in USA, but to the international customers, it cannot be fixed." I really don't wanna call this action as discrimination. But if it is not, how could the customer service team have this attitude?Furthermore, if international customers have the product broken, due to the attitude of Folica, so what they can do is only to buy a new one from Folica??!!! If it is like this, I have to say, this is fraud to customers.

One more suggestion, could Folica please add more information for the Sede 001611 hair dried? How could international customer know it can only be used in USA? If the information is enough, why another type specifically said that this type can be used in other countries. It only said the voltage is 110V, not all customers are good at physics, how could us know this means it can only be used in USA. We are international customers, unless Folica only wanna focus on USA market.
