Purchased 2 pairs of UGG boots from an e-mail received. Checked out their links and they seemed to be legitimate. When I checked the status of the payment, it shows up as a hotel, lodgings -- not a general merchant or store. When I clicked on customer service, I was sent to a link which was not customer service. I have been unable to find an e-mail address, etc., to contact them directly.

- I bought some discount Hollister clothes from a website calling itself "www.hollisterukshops.co.uk", which had same website artwork as the Hollister.com website. I did not receive a confirmation email but the amount was taken from my credit card account with the same BJPOS*WWW.BWROYALPHOEN on the statement, + a charge of £2.69 to convert from Chinese currency. The goods arrived and are of very poor quality, obviously counterfeit.

i have the same problem with a site called WWW.AKEL2009.eu.
It shows like Hollister Schweiz. So I ve buy some articles.
I ve received an email confirmation. After that i tryed to contact the email: [email protected]. Till today i don't receive anything. -
