In Sept they contacted me about selling my Hacienda del Mar. They then told me they had a buyer. After several glitches with Pay Pal they then had me wire the sum direct to Michael Kozlowski at Guaranty Bank. Then they told me the title papers were in the mail. I should sign them and send them back. When in early Dec I called to ask how things were going I found that the contact # Verizon386-238-8001 was no longer in service. The other number listed on the website 678-400-9581 rings several times then a recorded message comes on saying "all circuits are busy try again later" tried "later" several times no difference. I now assume that the whole thing was a scam. I doubt I can get my money back- but Please let others know that this company is NOT legit. It's a SCAM!
