I ordered two trial orders, one for me and one for my mom. We were not satisfied with the product and after a couple of days I was charged $148 to both accounts. When I called to return the product and somehow get the money back, the customer service representative was very aggressive and argumentative as to why I'm returning the product. In the end I got a refund of $133 for one order and no refund for the second one... Safe to say that I'm out about $160. It is like the workers there are trained to scam you without you knowing it.
