I used the service of the website, www.exchanzer.com to exchange $64 from my Payza account to PayPal account. They promised to transfer within hours and maximum time is 24 hrs. After filled the exchange request form, they shows an email id to transfer the money. I transfer the money and they send a confirmation email to my email. After that there's no information from their part. After passed 24 hours, I sent them an email, they did not send a reply. I visit their site and send a support ticket, again no reply from their part. I tried the live chat box, but it's offline. Please help. I have only their confirmation mail as evidence to show.
